Those who didn't work for them just copy past this to your cfg (anywhere) :
bind SHIFT "+sprint;vstr crouch;-sprint"
seta crouch "vstr crouch1"
seta crouch1 "raisestance;seta crouch vstr crouch2"
seta crouch2 "gocrouch;seta crouch vstr crouch1"
